Here we go again on our own

We've decided to renovate our master bathroom (see it here). We've had it in the back of our minds for a while... but just became brave enough/recovered from our kitchen. Like our kitchen renovation, we plan to do it all ourselves, and only call in the professionals in dire need. I am so thankful to be married to a very handy man!

I immediately had a few thoughts:  vintage look, bead board, light & bright! The shower is practically a cave at the moment. I found this on pinterest and fell in love!

Then, I was stalking medicine cabinets (more on that later),

and I think I found the same bathroom from another angle and I am even more obsessed.

Frank and I can be implusive (ha!) but, we are also SUPER cost conscious.

We sat down tonight and made a budget...

and even went to Home Depot and priced every last thing 

(though we fully intend to research and find better prices online).

We just needed a starting point.
